Tara’s position- Per the bylaws, she may not be on the board as she left the healthcare for education and no longer works in a health care facility. Marie to search for another secretary.
Fall Seminar- Steris has offered to sponsor -Not available on demand

Future forward: Bylaw review of officer term lengths. President & Past-President terms amended to 2 years. President Elect role may be eliminated in the future.
Discuss Future recruiting for officers (2 options- new recruits from Marie) Concerns noted with recruiting because we aren’t in person yet to source viable candidates.
National Conference. To go or not to go…? Travel was banned in UPH and the conference cancelled.
Discuss 2022 conferences and virtual seminar vs. in-person format. Hybrid? Tentative plan in virtual for spring and explore a late summer in-person conference
